Study Of Information Publicity Of Public Security Department

It is an ardent expectation and requirement for public security department to establish a good image of disclosure and transparency,which rely on the application of information publicity.Provisions of Public Security Department on Disclosures of Law Enforcement Information was carried out as socially required under the guideline of Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information in 2012,and it was revised by the Ministry of Public Security in August 2018 after seven-year's of practice and implementation,which presented numbers of refinement,and enriched the connotation of information publicity of law enforcement.As we can see through such progress,great achievement has been made to protect people's right to know.However,information publicity of law enforcement is relatively extensive,especially to the third party in administration.The paper is dedicated to solve those problems,based on practical work experience and the study of Provisions of Public Security Department on Disclosure of Law Enforcement Information and to offer suggestions for a better way to such work.
