Study On Xi Jinping's Important Discourses Of The Cultural Power Strategy In The New Era

Culture is the basic content and important support for national thriving and prosperity.With the deepening of globalization and modernization,the international competition is increasingly fierce,and the important role of culture in the national competition is more significant.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping has fully recognized the necessity and importance of cultural construction to the country and the nation based on the current international and domestic situation.Therefore,Xi Jinping put forward a series of new thoughts,new viewpoints,and new judgments on culture construction,and raised cultural construction to the height of national strategy.In fact,cultural power has become China's national strategy to realize the “two centenary goals” and “The Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,namely,the cultural power strategy.A series of important discourses on Xi Jinping's cultural power strategy are not only the inheritance and innovation of Marxist cultural theory and socialist cultural theory with Chinese characteristics,but also the guiding theory for the construction of a cultural power in the new era.Therefore,in-depth study Xi Jinping's important discourses of the cultural power strategy in the new era is of great significance to promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to implement the cultural power strategy.Based on the collection of Xi Jinping's relevant discourses and relevant research literature of the cultural power strategy after the 18 th national congress of the CPC,this paper studies the historical background,theoretical origin,main content,basic characteristics and important values of these important discourses.This paper is composed of the following five parts:The first part is about introduction.This part mainly introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and briefly summarizes the difficulties and innovations of the research.The second part is about the core concept,historical background and theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's important discourses of the cultural power strategy in the new era.The third part is about the main contents of Xi Jinping's important discourses of the cultural power strategy in the new era.Their main contents can be summarized into five parts: consolidate the strategic foundation: inheriting and carrying forward the excellent Chinese culture;hold the strategic position: firmly occupy the main position in the ideological field;clear the strategic orientation: cultivate and practice socialist core values;show the strategic style: firm cultural self-confidence;implement the strategic objectives: to enhance the country's cultural soft power.The fourth part is about the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's important discourses of the cultural power strategy in the new era.The basic characteristics are summarized as follows: the popularity of the value position,innovative,inclusive and forward-looking strategic.The fifth part is about the value of times of Xi Jinping's discourses on the cultural power strategy in the new era.It enriches and develops Marxist cultural theory and constitutes an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.In practice,it can pool the strength of the Chinese nation and guide the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The main innovation of this paper lies in the systematic construction of Xi Jinping's important discourses of the cultural power strategy after the 18 th national congress of the CPC,by using the fundamental methods of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism,so as to provide theoretical support for people to fully understand the cultural power strategy in the new era.
