Studying On The Problem Of Procuratorate Proceeding Public Interest Litigation System

After two years' pilot work of the procuratorate proceeding public interest litigation,it's mature to establish the procuratorate proceeding public interest litigation system.To effectively maintain social public interests and the interests of the majority,procuratorate as a representative of the public interest,giving full play to the functions of legal supervision,proceeds public interest litigation and protects the public interest.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first part is briefly describing the definition of procuratorate proceeding public interest litigation.The second part is detailing the pilot work of the procuratorate proceeding public interest litigation in our country and the exposed problems.The third part is studying in other countries' public interest litigation system.The forth part is analyzing countermeasures to perfect the system of procuratorate proceeding public interest litigation.
