The research concerning of the situation in Afghanistan after a withdrawal of Soviet troops is a most actual subject in modern international politics.For more than 20 years,Afghanistan has been in a state of war,which has made Afghanistan one of the world's most important places for drug and arms smuggling,terrorism and extremism;the Taliban has pursued extreme Islamic routes for South Asia and Central Asia stability and security situation a serious threat.That's why,the issue of Afghanistan has increase and expand great influence for the international community at a whole,so,it's necessarily to continue to enhanced nation wide increase peace intermediary efforts.Central Asian countries,Russia,the United States,China and International Organizations support the efforts of the International Community to solve the Afghan problem and recognize that without the help of the international community,Afghanistan can not solve the problem by its own.According to the history of Afghanistan,in order to more clearly specify causes' of the research,the impact and the results of the "Afghan problem",Author use four chapters,which were separately discussed political,economical,society situation and various problems of every Afghan's regime,movement and influence of International Society for solve the "Afghan problem".The first chapter is concerning research of the Afghanistan' situation after a withdrawal of Soviet troops(1989-1992): the regime of Mohammad Najibullah after the withdrawal of the Soviet troops;the mutiny of General Shahnavaz Tanay and the negotiation process of the opposition and government;the fall of the Najibullah's regime and the division of Afghanistan into several spheres of influence.The second chapter focuses attention on the Taliban movement: the Taliban's regime in Afghanistan(1996-2001);international terrorism and extremism;the threat of drug trafficking and the "Big policy";the social and economic situation in Afghanistan;the Afghan internal problems decisions after the Taliban regime was overthrown.The third chapter emphesise research questions,concerning Afghanistan and the International Community collaboration: the United Nations,Kazakhstan,Russia,the United States and China interaction to improve the current situation.In conclusion Author summarized the results of the researching,made general conclusions and suggested some practical recommendations in order to solve the "Afghan problem".The important purpose of the research is to completely study the lessons of Afghanistan's political and military operations,summarize the existing experience,form a more rational solution concerning "Afghan problem" what will help us to react to the existing and external securitythreats adequately.At the same time,we must consider any help to rebuild the Afghan economy,because of the whole World's security and stability in particulary depends on the solution of the "Afghan problem".
