The Public Policy Research Of Prevention And Treatment Of College Students' Personal Injury Accidents

The scale of college students is ever increasing with the rapid development of higher education in China.The number of college students' injury accident is also growing owing to the internal and external factors,such as emotion,family,economy,interpersonal relationship and physical condition.It has caused great harm to family and society.At the same time,it brings disturbance to the students and schools around,and also brings some unfavorable factors to the construction of a harmonious society,a civilized and campus.In dealing with college students' injury accidents,it is often difficult for them to delimit the boundaries of their responsibilities and to coordinate the compensation.It will bring impact damage to normal teaching management and operation order,social balance and stability in universities.The Notice of the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Education in the State Council issued by the State Council in January 2017 stated that it is necessary to speed up the system construction of China's education so that make the education laws and regulations system,law enforcement system and mechanisms more sound.It forms a pattern of government administration according to law,supervision by all walks of life in accordance with the law,and autonomous running of schools in accordance with the law.From the perspective of public policy,it is particularly important to do a good job in preventing and dealing with college students' injury accidents to protect students' legitimate rights,interests and maintain the harmony and stability.It helps to build a harmonious society and campus.This article is divided into five parts.By analyzing the personal injury accidents of college students in different regions and levels,especially in the causes of college students' injury accidents to explore the development of prevention and treatment mechanisms for such incidents on the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on college students' injury accidents.And then put forward the policy conception,process control and evaluation from the public policy perspective to further reveal its practical significance of college students ' injury accident prevention.
