Research On The Nimby Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Communication Base Station In Dongguan City

In the past ten years,our country pay high attention to the communication industry development,promote the building of urban communications infrastructure planning work vigorously,a series of related documents are issued,among them,all cities in the country are required to complete the preparation of special planning for communication infrastructure by the end of 2017,thus,communications planning more and more be taken seriously.But as the hot implementation of the plan,the social contradiction that it produces gradually appears and receives more and more attention.In recent years,in order to further implement the national development strategies of "broadband China","internet plus" and "smart city",special emphasis is placed on speeding up the development of mobile communications in Dongguan,in order to achieve the goal of overall planning and management target of mobile communication base station.This paper aimed to study the present situation of communication base station construction in Dongguan,take the example of the people’s appeal about base station construction put forward on the political platform of “www.sun0769.com”,research and analysis of the adjacent avoidance problems in the construction of Dongguan communication base station from the level of government,society,and the public.Drawing on the advanced experience of communication base station construction and dealing with the adjacent avoidance problems at home and abroad,combining with the current national policies and requirements,put forward some effective measures to cope with the adjacent avoidance problems in the construction of communication base station,in order to make more reasonable planning and construction.By coping with the adjacent avoidance problems,further standardize management of the mobile network construction,improve the network coverage,accelerate the construction of the informatization and the smart city,in order to make the station construction more smoothly,the public interests more guaranteed and the economy to maintain high-speed growth in Dongguan.
