| The tide of digital information is surging and the development of network technology is progressing with each passing day.With the development of information technology,the era of "Internet+" has come into formation gradually,changing the life of every ordinary citizen in areas like the living environment and the lifestyle.At present,citizens’ demand for government service has gradually transformed into fast,efficient,high-quality and convenient ones.However,modern government service under the pattern of "Internet +" is still in the initial stage and remains to be explored and developed for a higher standard of convenience and eficiency.Despite the high-speed development of "Internet + Government Service",there is still tremendous room for growth in the future.Therefor,research on the quality of "Internet + government service" under the pattern of G2 C is significant for its development.In this article,the research mainly focuses on 3 aspects as follows: Firstly,a quality evaluation model of "Internet + government service" is devised based on the SERVQUAL model which includes 5 dimensions like tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy plused with additional trust dimension.Secondly,make comprehensive analysis on the quality of "Internet + Government Service" under the pattern of G2 C utilizing the differences between expectations and perceived quality of service,combine the analysis model with weight assignments,and finally achieve the overall service quality.At last,put forwad recommendations and suggestions of optimization by synthesizing questionnaire survey of "Internet + government service" under the pattern of G2 C and comprehensive test based on software engineering theory.In order to meet the needs of research mentioned above,this paper takes city D as an example and concieve a questionnaire about quality evaluation which has been improved in pretests.Ultimately,constructive countermeasures and suggestions come up through comprehensive data analysis. |
