With the rapid development of cities and the increasing rate of urbanization,the traditional management thinking,management mode and management means of grass-roots community find it difficult to meet the needs of social management development.In order to integrate resources more efficiently,improve the integrity and fineness of service management,and to enhance the security and satisfaction of the masses,a new model of grid management innovation has been put forward all over the country,and a network management information platform has been set up to meet the needs of social development.This paper briefly describes the status quo and problems of grid management in Chinese cities,researches and analyzes the city grid management information platform and the purpose and significance of data exchange and of building the sharing system,puts forward a new business model,management model and the main business processes of city grid management,designs the overall architecture,network deployment and the detailed functions of grid management information platform,and focuses on designing and realizing the data exchange and sharing system of the grid management information platform.First,based on the current situation of traditional city community management and the key problems to be solved,with the help of software engineering and UML modeling tool,this paper analyzes the users of the grid management information platform of and their business needs.Studying and drawing lessons from the successful experience of other cities' construction,the paper puts forward the grid management business model of "three-stage platform,four-stage grid,and comprehensive linkage" and the "Five-One" grid management mode.It also classifies and summarizes the process of handling grid management events,designs the process of "hierarchical processing and layer-upon-layer reporting” in grid service.The author has carried out this model in the actual project he is responsible for.Second,this paper puts forward a solution for data exchange and sharing system of grid management information platform based on message,service,data exchange and sharing,and logic architecture of front-end processor.It designs a variety of exchange model,interface model,document exchange format,exchange content which are fit for data grid information management platform,realizes the main functions of the data exchange and shared interface and of the system,in order to meet the demands of unified management,real-time exchange,docking mechanism,asynchronous management and process coordination in the grid management information service platform,and to tackle problems in grid management platform such as data inaccuracy,poor data quality,poor business cooperation,difficulty in responding for people's appeal for livelihood,and difficulty in obtaining service.The design has been carried out and realized through practical projects.The research in this paper combines the actual situation of grid management information platform construction in different cities,and has been successfully applied in grid management.The logical structure,exchange mode,interface model and design of data interchange format for data exchange and sharing are of practical value for other industries,especially for the information construction of grid management.
