Now,The Promotion and Application of Cloud Computing and Big Data Technology in Government Departments.The number and frequency of data sharing and exchange between departments are increasing,and concurrency is also increasing.With the requirements of data security transmission and access control,the application of simple Web Service technology in data sharing and exchange can not fully meet the national,provincial and municipal levels of data exchange.The application of Web Service technology in E-government data sharing and exchanging platform not only meets the needs of data exchange methods such as cross-network database tables,files or folders,service interfaces,but also provides a safe,reliable and stable exchange mode.At present,the efficiency and security of Web Service technology can be improved through API gateway and data monitoring analysis in data sharing and exchange.Based on cloud computing and big data technology,this paper studies and designs some key technologies and main functions of the electronic government data sharing and exchanging platform,focusing on the data exchange and transmission mode between different networks,and introduces the data sharing and exchanging level.This paper introduces the three-stage reconstruction algorithm of XML and Huffman compression algorithm,focusing on how to improve the security and stability of Web Service technology through API gateway design and data monitoring and analysis.Firstly,based on the analysis of the status quo and application of e-government data exchange at home and abroad,this paper elaborates the basic function structure and implementation mode of current data sharing and exchange platform,emphatically introduces the characteristics of EDI,ETL and middleware data exchange technology,and briefly introduces the key contents of XML and Web Service technology.Secondly,the architecture and overall design scheme of data sharing and exchange platform are put forward.The data exchange modes of different network scenarios are designed.The main functions of data sharing and exchange are designed.The flow,database,API gateway and data monitoring and algorithm are designed.Thirdly,based on the existing network transmission technology and system framework,a method to optimize the performance of data exchange is proposed,and the way of data exchange of large XML data packets is optimized.The main idea and process of this method is to reconstruct the XML document in three stages:data table creation,target sorting and structure tree building.This algorithm can improve the speed of large-scale data exchange,and solve the defect of Web Service exchanging large-scale data in a certain program.Fourthly,combined with the development and application of Web Service technology,the API gateway of data sharing and exchange platform,the main functions and implementation methods of data monitoring are emphatically designed.The application of API gateway interface registration,service management,behavior analysis,IP black-and-white list,flow control and other functions in data sharing and exchange platform is studied and designed.The implementation process of data acquisition,data analysis and security alarm in data sharing and exchange platform is introduced.Finally,taking provincial E-government data sharing and exchange as the verification scenario,the paper tests the application of the main technologies of the data sharing and exchange platform in electronic document exchange and government data exchange,lists the basic test cases,and tests the response time,concurrency and other performance of the data sharing and exchange platform.The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified.
