Research On Family's Influence On Juvenile Delinquency Prevention

Family environment is the first environment that individual is born in,and it is also the environment closely related to the growth of minors.Family undertakes the main task of socializing children and is the first line of defense against juvenile delinquency.Failed child-rearing activities often lead to the deviation of minors 'thinking and behaviors,poorly,resulting in deviant behavior,and even illegal.There are important substantive links between juvenile delinquency and similar deviance and adult delinquency and illegal activities.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the physical and mental health development of minors as early as possible,and play the role of the family in preventing juvenile delinquency.Using the general theory of crime,this paper analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency from the perspective of juvenile "criminality" and criminal opportunity.Generally speaking,the higher the juvenile delinquency is,the higher the tendency of juvenile delinquency to engage in criminal acts is,but crime is only one of the possible manifestations of juvenile delinquency.criminality is a tendency of individual behavior.Criminality can lead to many deviant behaviors,such as smoking,drinking,truancy,improper sexual behavior and so on.Juvenile delinquency is the result of the joint effect of specific external environment and juvenile criminality.On this basis,in order to make the study more profound and scientific,this paper uses case studies and empirical analysis,through 188 reports of social investigation on minors,from the two levels of affecting juvenile criminality and criminal opportunities,to explore the impact of family factors on juvenile delinquency and criminal opportunities.Then explore the specific impact of criminality on minors and the combination of crime opportunities and criminality,and explore the causes of juvenile delinquency.On the prevention of juvenile delinquency by the family,this paper mainly puts forward relevant suggestions from two aspects.First,the family can effectively inhibit juvenile criminality through correct nurturing activities,and then prevent juvenile delinquency and similar deviant behavior caused by criminality.Secondly,the familyrestricts the chance of crime,through effective family supervision and protection,can greatly reduce the harm of the objective environment to minors,reduce the possibility of bad environment to induce juvenile delinquency;finally,the emergence of juvenile delinquency,often indicates the defects of the family system.We should give full play to social forces and intervene in the family system so that the family can play its role better.
