As the "National respect and safeguard human rights" be written into the amendments to the Constitution, China's human rights situation has got obvious improvement. Children as this one group of it, children's rights also received extensive attention. However, child right isn't simple, it has its own unique characteristics, which other human rights are not fully merged. Also, because of this, I want to do something I can to improve the survival situation for the children who are suffering form their parents.This paper mainly contains the following parts:The first chapter enumerates some typical cases which happened recently, according to this, we educe the topic that protect the children from suffering parents abuse. Based on the direction of this paper, the word "abuse" only refers to the parents trait children rudely and result in their physical damages. Although academic study is not limited to this, it contains a lot such as ignorance, disregard and invasion of privacy. As the defination of the word "abuse", we have the foundation of how to protect.The second chapter mainly introduces the reasons that why children abused by their parents and the harmful consequences caused by child abuse. Child abuses not only brings harm to children's physical and mental health, but also influences our country. The young people represent the future of our country. At the same time, child abuse also makes their parents suffering.The third chapter is talk about how to solve it under this condition in our country and the appropriateness of the protection of children by legislation at present in China. Also we need to see the shortages at this question. Why children suffer from constantly abuse like the children who was reporter by Ningbo evening paper, even after they got a widespread social concern. Meanwhile, in this part, I also analysed what cause this phenomenon. For instance, our country's traditional culture is one of the reasons.The fourth chapter is considering other country's solution when they are facing with this problem. And of course, we need learn from their experences and combine with our country's current situation, to build an effective system to improve the living condition for the children who is suffering. The fifth part is discussing how to solve the problem, to protect these children. In my opinion, we should make the government as the dominant factor of the system, and we need new laws to give us concrete guiding. Also social organizations should accept the responsibility for the protection. All of them should work together to make the system in going order, so that we will not see the same things happen again.About above one third of people in the world are children, they are regarded as the future of the whole world. What condition they are group today can determine what people looks like tomorrow. Therefore, it is a kind of common human culture value to take care of children .So, let's do whatever we can to build a lighter future for them.
