Since the end of the Second World War in 1945,the United States has transferred some labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries to Western Europe,Japan, and other countries and regions through several foreign industrial transfers, and has realized the adjustment and upgrading of its industrial structure and those countries who received the industry transfer had also achieved economic development. The industry transfer also affects the international status of the United States.Studying its impact on the international status of the United States through the perspective of industrial transfer will help people understand the US's past and present international status more comprehensively and provide useful enlightenment for China's "international capacity cooperation."This article will use "structural power" as the theoretical guidance, through the four levels of security, production, finance and knowledge as the analytical framework, taking the industrial transfer of the United States after World War II as the research object, and exploring the impact of American industrial transfer on its power status. The specific content includes three contents: the industrial transfer during the Marshall Plan period, the industrial transfer during the 1950s~60s,and the global industrial chain and value chain that the United States gradually formed after the Reagan reform. The study found that the industrial transfer implemented by the United States during the Marshall Plan strengthened the international status of the United States, and made the United States take a substantial step in establishing the US dollar international currency dominance;the United States' main industrial transfer in the 1950 s and 1960 s was influenced by political factors,it promoted the economic development of American allies, but it also caused the United States to face greater international competitive pressure in the late 1960 s.After the Reagan reform, the US foreign industry transfer was dominated by enterprises, and the national factors mainly reflected in the field of policy support, the result is the formation of a global industrial chain and value chain, which makes the US technological superiority even more prominent. It strengthens the international status of the United States at present, but it also makes the relationship between the United States and other countries more inseparable..
