Inheritance is a kind of property transfer relationship,which is based on the identity relationship between relatives.Inheritance system is closely related to the development process of a country.It not only reflects the cultural habits formed by a nation after a long life and production,but also reflects the ideological changes in the process of national development.Inheritance customs have strong historical inertia and obstinacy.In the long course of history,although national laws and regulations have made relatively complete and scientific provisions on inheritance,in real life,traditional inheritance habits still have some influence on people's inheritance methods.In China's patriarchal society and patriarchal inheritance system,some decadent and backward ideas,such as male superiority and female inferiority,and gender inheritance inequality,have been deeply embedded in people's ideas and formed inheritance customs for thousands of years.Although modern inheritance legislation after many changes,and after the founding of the people in the constitution,the marriage law,inheritance law specified in men and women enjoy the equal inheritance,but in reality the woman's inheritance is the phenomenon of violation is still common,especially in the vast rural areas,women's inheritance are violated is doubly,visible traditional concept of entrenched,far-reaching influence.There is still a big gap between the legal provisions of gender equality in inheritance and inheritance customs.Based on the analysis of survey data with reference to a large number of data,discusses the protection of rural women's inheritance rights from the following four parts.The first part is the investigation of inheritance of rural women in different kinship status.In this part,based on the data collected and my understanding of the situation,I classified the inheritance rights of rural women with different kinship identities,and studied the specific situation of infringement in detail.The second part is the rural women inherit different types of inheritance,inheritance of the infringement of the investigation.Based on the survey data,this part analyzes the infringement of rural women by different types of inheritance and explores the property infringement of rural women.The third part is to analyze the causes of the infringement of rural women's inheritance right in real life.This part from the traditional legal system,traditional culture,inherit the traditional habits,economic and living conditions,their own quality and the concept of rural women,legal implementation aspects specific analysis of the causes of the rural women's inheritance rights are violated the specific reasons,in order to find a solution to the fundamental problem,suit the remedy to the case.The last part is the new era to further strengthen the protection of rural women's inheritance rights related recommendations.In view of the current situation and practical problems of rural women's right of inheritance under the modern conditions in China,combined with the factors that cause women's right of inheritance to be infringed,this part puts forward a series of targeted Suggestions,in order to help solve the problem of rural women's right of inheritance to be infringed.
