This article mainly studies the inheritance legal system between Mongolia and China.This article consists of five chapters.The first chapter studies the historical development of the inheritance law in China and Mongolia,analyzes the historical development of the inheritance system in Mongolia from ancient times to the current legislative system,the historical development in the inheritance law and civil law of the People's Republic of China,and the chapter compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the inheritance laws of China and Mongolia from the perspectives of the concept of inheritance,the time when the inheritance started,and the place where it began.Chapter 3 begins with the concept of the legal inheritance system;the scope and order of inheritance,the waiver and loss of inheritance rights,and the division and increase of inheritance are compared to analyze the similarities and differences between the inheritance laws of China and Mongolia.The third perspective of change and revocation and the execution of testament is to make a comparative analysis of the content of the testament,and to put forward some corresponding suggestions for improving the laws of the two countries.In the inheritance systems of China and Mongolia,although the specific legislations of the legal inheritance of the two countries are relatively the same,the testament inheritance system is still very different.This is specifically in the way of inheritance of testament,recordings and oral testament in China's current inheritance laws.Both China and Mongolia's inheritance systems have their own advantages and disadvantages.This article compares and analyzes the inheritance legal systems of the two countries and draws on each other's advantages to improve their respective systems.
