Research On The Working Mechanism Of Criminal Investigation Database Searching

In the era of big data,all aspects of social life can be preserved in the form of data.The digital life has brought great challenges to the public security work.The anonymity and complexity of social life make it difficult for the masses to detect the signs of crime in time.Therefore,the investigation organs have to explore other effective working methods on the basis of continuing to adhere to the mass line.However,if we can make good use of these social life data resources and explore the potential information of people,cases,objects and other investigation elements in the data resources,the data-based life will also become a new breakthrough and innovation point in criminal investigation work.At present,local public security organs have noticed the importance of data resources to public security work,but how to further exert the huge potential of data resources in criminal investigation work is still a problem that needs long-term exploration and research.In this paper,we will try to explore how to explore the data potential from the query comparison mechanism in the current system and data resources,and integrate various data information resources to stimulate greater data potential through innovative working mechanisms.This paper first discusses the basic concepts of criminal investigation database and query comparison and summarizes the characteristics of criminal investigation database and types of query comparison.Secondly,it expounds the technical basis,practical basis and institutional basis of query comparison.Only by clarifying the basic principle of query comparison can this method be better used.Thirdly,it summarizes the current situation and existing problems of criminal investigation database query and comparison.At present,information detection is the most commonly used methods in data search and data collision(collectively referred to as data query than),but in the use of database query than aspects there are still many deficiencies,such as unclear responsibility system,the data resource sharing is not enough,query matching problem such as low efficiency,all these problems brought digital era of detective work.Finally,combining with the existing surveillance system and mode in our country,from the perspective of forensic practice,put forward the perfect the work mechanism of investigation department using various database query than advice,including responsibility mechanism,sharing mechanism and linkage mechanism,the proposed in these mechanisms may investigate further enhance practical department data application effectiveness to provide reference.
