Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Public Security Traffic Management System Based On Big Data Technology

The traffic safety in China has been stable recently.The number of larger accident have been decreased year by year,but the total number of the accident and death is still large.With the number of cars and the length of highway were expanding,the traffic safety and traffic management still faces challenges.In order to maximize the objectives of “protecting safety,promoting smooth flow and decreasing accidents”,and solving the management problems,as a traffic policeman who has been working many years,I have been researching and exploring the ways to establish a more efficient,accurate and instant traffic management mode by using modern technology.At present,Jiamusi City has successfully built the highway prevention system and the advanced informatization traffic management system,and achieved good practical results in traffic control,accurate violation of illegal behavior,and efficient command and dispatch.However,due to the lack of relevant theoretical research,the investment and profit of the construction of the system were not proportional.With the successful application of big data technology in the field of public management at home and abroad,as well as its own fast storage and access capabilities,I believe that is possible to make traffic management efficiently,accurately and immediately.In addition,big data technology has achieved good practical results in police applications at home and abroad,and further strengthened the my determination using the big data technology to build a smart public security traffic management system.Based on the existing research of traffic management,intelligent policing,big data,this paper defines the concept of intelligent traffic management;summarizes and analyzes the application of big data technology in "smart transportation" and "Smart Police";built the model of intelligent public security traffic management system and various subsystem models;pointed out the ways of intelligent traffic management system based on the implementation of big data finally.I hope that this research can promote the transformation and upgrading of the current public security traffic management mode,break the traditional model of public security traffic management decision-making,establish a new mode of scientific management decision-making based on the big data,promote the high-quality development of public security traffic management continuously,and serve politics Construction,economic construction and social governance better.
