Research On The Early Warning System Of Network Gun Crime Under The Background Of Big Data

With the rapid developments of Internet,express delivery industry and online payment means,illegal transactions with code names such as “gas dog”,“dog food”,“rabbit” are frequently appearing on some internet social platforms.This is the so-called Cyber Gun Trafficking which is a new type of cybercrime springing up in recent years under the background of the Internet era.The crime of online gun trafficking is a new type of crime,which is based on the Internet as a platform for information exchange,through online payment means to complete payment,and finally using express delivery to deliver guns to form a complete chain of gun trafficking.Due to the concealment of every link of the crime of cyber gun trafficking and some inherent difficulties in the investigation of cybercrime,it is very difficult to investigate cyber gun trafficking cases when it comes to case discover,investigation landing,or final lock-in of criminal suspects.The Ministry of Public Security and public security offices around the country have cracked a large number of cyber gun trafficking cases in recent years.However,the investigation of these cases in general are still in a passive state,still based on the traditional reverse thinking retrospective mode of investigation,fail to achieve the active detection of intelligent early warning.By analyzing this issue,this paper hopes to use large data to achieve the early warning of online gun trafficking cases and active investigation.This paper is based on the current development of big data technology and artificial intelligence technology.Internet gun trafficking is a form of crime based on the Internet.According to Locar's Law of Material Exchange,in virtual space,as long as criminal acts act on all kinds of "data acquisition fields" between real and virtual space,it will inevitably leave data traces.With the support of large data platform,investigators will be able to investigate the crime.Through the analysis of big data,investigators can quickly lock in criminal acts,and sometimes can even lock in criminals who are in preparation for crime through big data analysis.Obviously using big data can not only help detect and solve cases,but also predict crimes.This is the basis of this paper.Based on the big data information mining technology and artificial intelligence technology,this paper extracts the characteristics of the cyber gun trafficking crime through the study of the characteristics and criminal patterns of cyber gun trafficking crime,and then constructs the early warning system of cyber gun trafficking based on these characteristics,and finally realizes the intelligent early warning of such cases.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an overview of the background,significance,literature review and research methods of this paper.The second chapter studies the current situation and characteristics of gun trafficking on the Internet.The third chapter is about the problems existing in the investigation of traditional network gun trafficking.Chapter IV further elaborates the necessity and feasibility of building an early warning system for online gun trafficking,which provides sufficient evidence for the follow-up construction of the early warning system.The fifth chapter is to construct the sub-system of the early warning system for the crime of online gun trafficking.Chapter 6 builds a comprehensive early warning system on the basis of the sub-system early warning system constructed in the previous chapter,and finally forms an early warning system for the crime of online gun trafficking.
