Drug Suspects Mobile Phone Information Extraction And Analysis System Based On Data Mining Technology

With the rapid development of computer communication technology,internet technology and the technology of smart terminal application software,smart communication terminals have become the main tools for the drug-dealing criminals to commit crimes.Information such as SMS,call log,QQ and WeChat chatting records,e-mails and internet-surfing logs etc,may have recorded the criminal activities conducted by the suspects.Therefore,analyzing the various information stored in the mobile phones with special information collecting equipment and making comprehensive intelligence analysis and judgments by means of analyzing the data collected from the suspects'mobile phones together with the information offered by other policing information platforms so as to find the criminal traces and drug trafficking network has gradually become a powerful weapon for the public security departments to crack down crimes.This thesis steps in from the data mining theory and application method involved in the public security work and lays emphasis on the study of data collecting technology of mobile phones.It adopts the data collected as the fundamental data source of the public security agency's big intelligence system,and uses the data mining technology and tools to build up a cross-platform drug-related comprehensive intelligence analysis system with multiple data sources.Meanwhile,it also uses this platform as the application base to develop drug taking and trafficking analysis model and multi-dimension analysis data display model.The prime task of this thesis is as follows:1.To comprehensively elaborate the theory and method of the data mining analysis and the status quo and development of the data mining technology of smart phones.Aftermath,according to the actual need of the big intelligence system of the public security agency and current technology,it offers a construction plan of drug-related comprehensive intelligence analysis solution based on the data collecting of the smart phones.2.To design an information extraction and analysis solution of drug-related suspects'mobile phones based on the data mining technology.It focuses on the fundamental theories and application of data mining and data collecting process,the core of which is the OTG technology.Besides,it also uses the data mining technology,especially adopting the data mining methods such as classification,regression analysis,clustering^[1]and association rules to build a cross-platform,drug-related comprehensive intelligence analysis system.It also lays emphasis on the research and development of the drug-related crime investigation model and multi-dimension data display model.3.To explore specifically the realization of centralized data application with the OTG technology and distributed data storage.On the one hand,it uses the OTG technology to solve the problem of data exchanging and analysis between smart communication terminals with different operating systems,which helps the whole intelligence system change from the previous individual information collecting mode based on the ID card and household registration information to integrating the data collected from the smart communication terminals into the fundamental data of the system.4.To design the intelligence analysis platform of mobile phone information with the method of data mining,and to build the relevant application model.By means of multi-dimension data display and data mining model,it develops the behavior analysis model,which changes the traditional two-dimension way of data display and conforms to the requirements of actual investigation tasks along with growing complexity of interpersonal relationship and sequential relationship.5.To conduct the relevant tests and analysis.It uses the designed mobile phone intelligence data platform to conduct the tests of data mining and relevant intelligence collecting of drug-related mobile phones and then analyzes the results.
