The development of our national higher education began in 1978 and has experienced nearly 40 years of exploration.Since China's reform and opening up,education policies have also undergone constant changes.The major universities have gradually changed from the initial government to market-oriented and inclined to private higher education.With the growing demand for higher education by society and individuals,the scale of running a nationwide higher education school has gradually expanded and is showing a trend of vigorous development.The rapid development of private higher education has increased the number of educational resources in China,which has alleviated the pressure of government financial investment to a certain extent and promoted the development of higher education in China.On the other hand,private higher education institutions have different levels from other higher education institutions.The educational mode and curriculum model of the colleges and universities have largely met the diverse needs of the society for talent training,and created conditions for the country to train comprehensive talents.At present,the development of our private higher education is in a transitional stage.It is both an opportunity and a challenge for private higher education.Private higher education belongs to a public enterprise,so its development cannot be separated from the government's support.At this stage,the Chinese government has formulated a series of policies to support and standardize the development of private higher education,which has promoted the development of our private higher education to a certain extent,but these policies are mostly on the theoretical level,lacking Independent and complete implementation system,the current policies regarding government subsidies,property rights,reasonable returns,division of government functions and financing policies are still relatively general and do not have operational feasibility.This paper mainly focuses on the above problems,and adopts the literature research method,the theory,the actual analysis method and the case analysis method to discuss and study the problems existing in the government support policies of the national higher education at the present stage,and proposes a perfect countermeasure.This paper mainly includes the main part of this paper,and analyzes the support policies of private higher education.The first part is the introduction part,which briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper.It also reviews the research of scholars at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods,research contents and research innovations.The second part is the theoretical basis of the thesis research,expounds the related concepts,and expounds the related theories involved in this thesis,including quasi-public product theory,educational equity theory,and education cost sharing theory.The third part analyzes the development status of the government support policies of our national universities.The fourth part is to analyze the problems existing in the government support policies of private higher education by taking M city as an example.The fifth part puts forward a perfect strategy for the problems existing in the government support policy of M citizens,and gives reasonable suggestions.The sixth part is a summary of the full text.The content of the full text is summarized,and the shortcomings that may exist in the research process are also explained.
