Juvenile delinquency in China mainly refers to activities committed by groups or individuals between the ages of 14 and 25 that have violated or violated the Constitution of the People's Republic of China or other laws and regulations and have resulted in adverse consequences and serious impact." As we all known,the juvenile are successor of socialism,and they are the core power of the socialist construction.Their life development have a great impact on national future and national plans.However,we can find a situation shows that the number of young offender is not significantly increased,but the rate of juvenile violent crimes still remains high.It means that the study of juvenile crime is particularly necessary and important.As Yan Jingyao,a famous criminologist in China,once said,"if we don't understand the culture of crime,we won't understand crime.In other words,the problem of crime can only be adequately explained by culture.Therefore,it is necessary to interpret juvenile violent crimes from a cultural perspective.This paper focuses on the subculture of crime and juvenile violent crimes,which is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical part of violence and violence subculture.This part starts with the theory of violence and subculture of violence.And it aims at leading people to analyze and think about juvenile violent crimes from the perspective of subculture of violence.The second part is interpretation of the current situation of juvenile violent crimes.In order to express urgency and necessity of juvenile violent crimes research,this part will try to summarize the characteristics,trends and characteristics of juvenile violent crimes By searching all kinds of data about juvenile violent crimes.The third part introduces the interaction between violent subculture and juvenile violent crimes.This part will lay a theoretical foundation for violent subculture research by finding the origin and manifestation of violent subculture.At the same time,thispaper will analyze the position of violent subculture in violent crimes through the theoretical guidance in order to achieve the goal which study the interaction mechanism between the violent subculture and juvenile violent crimes.Finally it will provide guidance for the below-mentioned juvenile violent crimes prevention.The fourth part discusses the prevention of juvenile violent crime from the cultural perspective.Firstly,this part will introduce the mechanism of all kinds of violence subculture,and find out the general practice of preventing juvenile violent crime,and finally give specific suggestions on juvenile violent crime from different perspectives of the society.This paper intends to use a variety of research methods in order to make a rigorous academic paper,Firstly,we will use documentation to find all kinds of literature to ensure the correct grasp of the research direction;Secondly,it is proposed to adopt the information research method to collect all kinds of data about juvenile delinquency and make a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of juvenile delinquency,so as to lay a foundation for further analysis.Thirdly,the reasons for juvenile delinquency will be judged and selected by qualitative analysis,and the mechanism between juvenile delinquency and violent subculture will be understood.Through comparative analysis,we will make a comprehensive study by comparing domestic and foreign study,history and current study;We will find a balance between case and the whole through case analysis and experience summary method. |
