Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its general secretary,has made great efforts to solve the deep-seated problems affecting judicial justice and restricting judicial ability,and has made a systematic top-level design for deepening the reform of judicial system.The third and fourth plenary session of the eighteen Central Committee of the party promoted the reform of China's judicial system to a new historical stage.The pilot reform of the judicial system,which began in 2014,involves four reforms: perfecting the classified administration of judicial personnel,perfecting the judicial responsibility system,perfecting the occupational security of judicial personnel,and promoting the unified management of property and personnel in local courts and procuratorates under the provincial level.The Central Committee has clearly pointed out that the establishment of a management system for judicial personnel in line with professional characteristics and its basic position in deepening the reform of the judicial system are the nose of the ox that must be grasped.The post system is the core issue of the classified management of judicial personnel and involves several other reforms.It is the key and difficult point in the key.Handan Intermediate People's Court is a trial court of four reforms in the judicial system of Hebei Province.The author lives in L County of Handan CityBefore the reform of the court,the president,the vice-president,the members of the judicial committee,the president,the vice-president,the judges and the assistant judges of the court were altered,and the staff involved in the reform were investigated and talked about by means of a questionnaire on the intention to pay in the amount of the judges.In the course of the reform,the realistic questions in the reform of the system of judges' posts were answered.The basic idea of the reform is to determine the number of post judges according to the workload of the court.Two,the judicial assistant staff should be determined on the basis of the proportion of the judges and their assistants.The number of compiling.Thirdly,the number of judicial administrative personnel should be determined according to the number of post judges and judicial assistants.As for the amount of court leading cadres,a certain proportion should be limited.Only some leaders with strong professional ability and rich trial experience can be quoted.At the same time,the assessment requirements of the number of cases handled and the rate of closing cases can be clearly defined.In this paper,the real reform process as a "rich mine" to obtain research resources,from the first perspective of the reform of the system of judges in-depth analysis of the problems and challenges,and a detailed analysis of the internal logic and ideas to solve the problem.
