A Study On Optimizing The Construction Of Public Service System For Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In Gansu Province

Small and medium-sized enterprises occupied a very important position in the national economy and social development.They are the "new force" of entrepreneurship and innovation,the "source of vigor" for promoting transformation and upgrading and the "reservoir" for alleviating employment pressure.As for the steady growth under the new economic normal,the small and medium-sized enterprises has strategic significance for adjusting the industrial structure and benefiting people’s livelihood.However,at the same time,SMEs are faced with the inherent deficiencies such as smaller scale,less fund,lacking of qualified personnel and shorter life cycle,which determined that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises cannot be separated from the public service system of SMEs in order to meet the demand of SMEs for service diversification.This research elaborated the current situation and the problems of the public service system construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.Also this research tried to put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions by using the method of investigation and case study.The main content of this thesis was divided into six parts.The first chapter was the introduction which elaborated the research background and research significance,then put forward the research questions.The second chapter was the literature review.In this chapter the researcher analyzed the domestic and foreign literatures and defined the related concepts.The third chapter was the research methods and design.In this chapter the author explained the main research methods,the research framework and research ideas which used in the study.The fourth chapter analyzed the status quo and difficulties faced by the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.The fifth chapter analyzed the current situations,problems and reasons of the construction of public service system for SMEs in Gansu Province.The sixth chapter compared the main contents and features of the public service system of SMEs in the United States,Japan and Germany,and then put forward the opinions and enlightenments for promoting the public service system of SMEs in Gansu Province.And then the researcher raised its enlightenments and suggestions to promote the construction of public service system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.The seventh chapter put forward specific optimization measures for the main problems existing in the public service system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu Province.
