The Trade Liberalization And Development Of The Trade Rules In The Trade Agreement And In China In Terms Of The Insurance Services

The trade in services becomes one of the most important parts of free trade in recent years.More and more countries are engaging in some negotiations and agreements to enact the rules of the trade in services among countries.Also,China has taken some efforts to decrease its limitations of the specific commitments in the General Agreement on Trade in Services and further develop the rules of trade in services.This paper will analyze the trade rules in terms of the insurance services in the GATS and three FT As which includes the North American Free Trade Agreement,the US-Korea Free Trade Agreements and the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreements and considers the trade rules of the insurance services in China in order to compare the trade liberalization of insurance services in different FT As and the development of the trade rules of the insurance services in China.
