Study On Jiawang District Disicipline Inspection And Supervision On Big Data Plat Form

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the construction of Party conduct and clean government and anti-corruption work have achieved remarkable results,but it also faces many new situations and new problems,and further research and resolving are needed.With the continuous development of social economy,the progress of science and technology,corruption behaviors become diverse and intelligent.Discipline inspections need to collect a lot of information by going to various departments,asking questions and asking for data,which consume a lot of manpower and material resources,and thus low efficiency of discipline inspection problems are not uncommon.With the arrival of the era of information “big data”,aiming at the new situation of combating corruption,grass roots discipline inspection and supervision organs draw on the concept of big data,strengthen the integration,sharing,analysis and application of information,use modern information technologies to develop integrated information system,and establish supervision and discipline execution big data platform,which are of great significance to realize the normative inquiry of information resources,to analysis and track of problem clues,to risk prevention and warning of clean government,to promote the informatization construction of discipline inspection and supervision.This is the general trend of discipline inspection and supervision,and also an urgent need to strengthen the source of anti-corruption.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the construction of big data platform of discipline inspection and supervision.This paper studied Jiawang District construction of big data platform of discipline inspection and supervision from five aspects.First of all,this paper made it clear for the background of the topic,the significance of the research and research methods,systematically collated the domestic and foreign research situation on anti-corruption information,government information resource sharing and big data platform construction,and learn from the good experience;secondly,the article explores the concepts or theories of big data,government big data platform,information resource sharing and makes a summary as well as conclusion.Next,the article introduces the present condition of discipline inspection and supervision data platform in Jiawang district and lists some problems,mainly including three aspects.The first one is that the degree of information data sharing is low,and the second one is that the utilization of big data technology is insufficient,and the third one is that the supervision and forewarning function is missing.Furthermore,three reasons of the problems are as follows.The first reason is the lagging of ideas of supervision informationization,and the second reason is the insufficient planning and management,and the third one is the low development and utilization degree of information resources.It is pointed out that these issues require the innovative supervision idea of discipline inspection and supervision organs,and actively use big data thinking and technology is needed.Still,enhancing the anti-corruption science and technology strength is an important part.The article illustrates propelling function of big data in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision data platform,and expounds the necessity of discipline inspection and supervision big data platform construction.What's more,combining the actual condition of construction of discipline inspection and supervision information platform,the article suggests constructing discipline inspection and supervision big data platform,and makes an analysis about the feasibility of platform construction,and explains the positioning principle and construction ideas of the platform construction.Still,the overall framework of the big data platform is constructed,and the various systems of the platform are designed.Finally,the article gives suggestion and solution about the implementation of discipline inspection and supervision big data platform from Organization guarantee,management guarantee,security guarantee,and operation guarantee.
