Research On The Performance Problems And Countermeasures Of The Dispatched Institutions For Discipline Inspection And Supervision In Beibei District, Chongqing City

supervision is an important part of our country's legal governance work.Discipline Inspection and supervision is an important force in the implementation of the Party discipline and the law of the country,and is an important promoter of the clean and honest party conduct in our country.With the rapid development of economy and society,micro-corruption emerges more and more,which takes place around the masses,and damages the trust of the people who in the grass-roots level to the party.Public's reaction to such problems is also the most widespread.In this case,it is particularly important to send discipline inspection and supervision organizations to the grass-roots level.It is the main function of discipline inspection and supervision accredited institution to supervise the integrated resident units and the members of the leading group,especially supervising the main leading cadres is more important.In addition to the work of supervision,implement disciplinary rules and study,the author analyzes the concrete cases,and combining the advanced practices at home and abroad,carefully analyzes the present situation of the discipline inspection and supervision resident organizations in Beibei district of Chongqing,find out the existing problems: lack of in-depth oversight,lack of enforcement capacity,inadequate investigation preparation and insufficient accountability.The reasons for the problem are as follows: the deviation of ideology,the weakness of discipline enforcement,the lack of study and training,and the fear of difficulties.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems of discipline inspection and supervision in Beibei district of Chongqing: First,to improve the working style,second,to strengthen the working force,third,to strengthen the education and training,and fourth,to strengthen the sense of responsibility.Through such measures,we will strengthen the functions of the resident organs of Discipline Inspection and supervision,solve the problems of violations of discipline and rules at the grass-roots level and around the masses,give better play to the effect of supervision,and push forward the building of the party in an all-round and strict manner at the grass-roots level is settled down.The innovations of this article are as follows: the Resident Institution of Discipline Inspection and supervision is an important part of state supervision,and is one of the backbone strength of anti-corruption and building a clean government.Although the discipline inspection and supervision accredited institution has such an important role,but from the existing research literature,the academic community on discipline inspection resident institutions to perform their duties of the thematic research needs to be further enriched.The research object of this paper is the discipline inspection and supervision accredited institution in Beibei District,Chongqing.By carefully investigating the current situation of the performance of these accredited institutions,analyzing the existing problems and analyze the causes of these problems,and giving countermeasures to improve the performance ability of the discipline inspection and supervision accredited institution in Beibei District,Chongqing.
