The evolution of Internet technology has led to the change and innovation of all aspects of modern society,the financial industry as one of the most active social activities,inevitable,but also proactive integration with Internet technology,Internet financial behavior has emerged.Along with the emergence of a new type of financial model,how to regulate this novelty has become more and more important.This article will focus on the development of Internet financial supervision at home and abroad,through consulting relevant electronic image materials and text publications,visit to consult the relevant industry and other ways,a preliminary understanding of China and the United States,Germany,Britain and other countries of Internet financial supervision related content.At the same time in the relevant fields of the existing research on the basis of induction and collation,put forward some of their own humble opinions.Through the study of Internet financial supervision mechanism at home and abroad,we can realize the importance and urgency of internet financial supervision.First of all,the establishment of foreign advanced Internet Financial Supervision Mechanism has encountered many difficulties and mistakes,through countless trial and error and long time operation verification,only gradually produced the mature Internet financial supervision mechanism can now be seen;secondly,internet finance,as a new type of financial behavior,Its own particularity determines the innovation that the supervision mode must have,follows the original supervision way cannot fully carry on the comprehensive supervision control to it;Finally,the construction of Internet finance supervision mechanism is a never-ending perfect process,the rapid development of science and technology will inevitably promote the change of the way of Internet financial activities,This means that the Internet financial supervision mechanism should be modified and changed accordingly,only in order to ensure the comprehensiveness and rigour of supervision.In this paper,the Internet,big data and other information technology means as a starting point,different from the previous research ideas and methods focusing on traditional regulatory mechanisms,to study the construction of Internet financial regulatory mechanism broadens the horizon.At the same time,starting from the big data theory,this paper tries to find an effective theoretical basis for making full use of information technology in the process of the construction of Internet financial supervision mechanism at home and abroad,and provide theoretical tools for the construction of supervisionmechanism.This innovation in perspective and content can be used for reference in the future construction of Internet financial supervision in China.
