Research On The Development Of Philanthropy In China Under The Concept Of Joint Governance And Sharing

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China proposed to "build a pattern of social governance that is jointly built,jointly governed and Shared by all",which is the latest development requirement in the field of social governance in China.After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's philanthropy has achieved rapid development,but at the same time,there are many problems,especially in the face of the concept of co-building,co-governance and sharing,which highlights the imbalance and inadequacy of China's philanthropy development.The concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing not only puts forward new requirements and tasks for the development of China's philanthropy,but also provides solutions to the problems existing in the development of China's philanthropy in the new era.Based on this,this paper selects the development of China's philanthropy under the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing as the research subject,and explores the core problem of the unbalanced and inadequate development of China's philanthropy under the new requirements of the social governance concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,so as to seek an effective practice path for China's social governance in the new era.The paper is divided into five parts,the main content is as follows:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis,analyzes the current situation of the research on the development of philanthropy and the concept of co-governance and sharing in China,and points out the innovation and research methods of the thesis,which provides the research background for this thesis.The second part mainly expounds the scientific connotation of the development of China's philanthropy and the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.On the basis of defining the concept of charity,this paper summarizes the achievements made in the development of charity in China,and elaborates the content of the development of charity in China and the concept of joint governance and sharing,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper.The third part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the operation of China's charity development under the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.In the fund management link accepts the supervision insufficiently,lacks the social main body joint governance question;The uneven sharing of the development results of charity in the implementation of assistance is also the core issue of this paper.The fourth part mainly discusses the logic of the development of China's philanthropy under the concept of building,co-governance and sharing.The fifth part mainly discusses the path planning from several aspects,such as creating a good charity atmosphere,creating an advanced charity culture,unblocking the channels of multi-subject co-governance,and promoting the sharing of the development results of charity with the people,etc.,in order to promote the development of China's charity under the concept of co-governance and sharing,which provides research thinking for this paper.Anyhow,paper work sharing China charity development imbalance in the concept of the core issue of inadequate to explore,both for the China charity work sharing social governance concept development path with the research and thinking of the development of China's charity for the work sharing new ideas of academic thinking,as China's "two" one hundred goals and realize China's dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to explore the development path.
