Study On The Spirit Of Shanxi Merchants From The Perspective Of Socialist Core Values

Each era has its own unique spirit of the times,and every society and nation has its own core values.The reason why the Chinese nation can stand in the forest of the world's nationalities for a long time can not be separated from the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of China.The great achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the past 40 years of reforming and opening up can not be separated from the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of China.Since the 18 th National Congress the advocacy and promotion of the core values of Socialism can not be separated from the excellent traditional culture of China,which provide ideological origin for it.The historical accumulation of Five thousand years has formed Chinese excellent traditional culture which is broad and profound.Shanxi merchants' spirit of Shanxi merchants formed in business practice is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.It contains the excellent qualities of “thrift,dedication,unremitting,progress,daring to innovate,honesty and trustworthiness,benefiting the people through righteousness,benefiting the world,helping the people in the same boat,rejuvenating the nation,loyalty and patriotism”.It provides rich spiritual cultivation for the promotion and cultivation of socialist core values.Therefore,inheriting the spirit of Shanxi businessmen in the new era can not only carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also play an important role in cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.Since the socialist core values were put forward,scholars at home and abroad have interpreted the relevant contents of socialist core values from different angles,which has promoted the further study of socialist core values.This paper mainly studies the spirit of Shanxi merchants with Shanxi regional characteristics from the perspective of socialist core values.While excavating the humanistic value contained in the spirit of Shanxi merchants,it not only provides specific materials for the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,but also provides an important basis for the promotion of socialist core values.In addition,taking the opportunity of inheriting the spirit of Shanxi businessmen,the work of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values will be carried out in more detail,so as to better promote the socialist core values,promote the construction of social spiritual civilization and enhance the soft power of national culture.The content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly clarifies the purpose and significance of the study of Shanxi businessmen'spirit from the perspective of socialist core values.Through sorting out,analyzing and summarizing the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on socialist core values and Shanxi businessmen' spirit,it clarifies the writing ideas of this paper,and at the same time,it uses the methods of literature research,empirical research and comprehensive research to make innovations in research perspective,research content and research form.The second part defines the relevant concepts of socialist core values and Shanxi merchant spirit,and clarifies the relationship between them on this basis.The third part mainly analyses the contemporary value of Shanxi merchant spirit from the angle of the coincidence of Shanxi merchant spirit and socialist core values.The fourth part elaborates some problems existing in inheriting the spirit of Shanxi businessmen and carrying forward the socialist core values,and analyses the reasons.The fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on inheriting the spirit of Shanxi businessmen and carrying forward the problems of socialist core values,so as to provide specific ways to better promote traditional Chinese culture and practice socialist Core values.
