The Changes Of Senior High School Examination And Enrollment Institution Of Hubei Province

The senior high school examination and enrollment institution is the important part of our country's examination and enrollment institutions.The result is the basis of junior middle school graduation and senior high school enrollment.It plays an important role in linking compulsory education with senior high school education.Since senior high school examination and enrollment institution was restored in Hubei Province in 1977,it has undergone many changes.In the process of institution changes over the past 40 years,problems such as identity dilemma,lack of motivation and inefficiency have arisen.After the World War II,the theoretical paradigm of New Institutionalism has always occupied an important position in western academic circles.Scholars at home and abroad use the New Institutionalism to study the institution changes,which provides an analytical framework for explaining the difficulties encountered in the institution change of the senior high school examination and enrollment institution of Hubei Province.This paper combs the documents of the senior high school examination and enrollment institution in Hubei Province from 1977 to now,divides them into four stages to analyze the content and characteristics of the institution change,and combs out the problems of identity dilemma,lack of motivation and inefficiency in the institution change.This paper analyses the problem from three perspectives of motivation analysis,institutional model analysis and "path dependence" analysis of the new institutionalism theory.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on deepening the senior high school examination and enrollment institution of Hubei Province.It is believed that the problems encountered in the changes of the senior high school examination and enrollment institution of Hubei Province can be effectively solved by creating a good internal and external environment,changing the way and method of institution design,and properly handling the relationship between the old and the new institution.
