Corporate corruption is currently being blamed morally or stopped by policy recommendations such as strengthening legal regulation.Perfecting the legal system occupies a very important position in the anti-corruption work of enterprises,but when the corruption of senior managers of enterprises has become a new social phenomenon,then it is necessary for us to find out the root cause of this phenomenon.And study whether the phenomenon is caused by the defects of the system.Corporate corruption has become a widespread social phenomenon.At present,there are few empirical studies on corporate corruption,most of them are based on moral accusations or require the state to improve the relevant legal policies.Through combing the relevant theories of enterprise corruption,combining the national conditions of our country,taking the enterprise equity reform as the research premise,the paper collects the proof of the corruption of high-level managers of large-scale enterprises on the basis of the problems of enterprise management and the factors of market-oriented process.On this basis,using multiple regression and other methods to investigate the relationship between executive corruption and corporate development benefits.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between executive control and corruption;(2)Socialist marketization prevents the speed of executive corruption to a certain extent;(3)There is a negative correlation between the salary of a company and the corruption process of an executive;(4)There is a significant negative correlation between the independence of the directors of a company and the corruption of an executive;(5)The larger the proportion of large shareholders in the company,the less the frequency of corruption occurs;(6)The corrupt behavior of high-level management will harm the development of the company.Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategy,which provides a certain way of thinking and direction for resisting and reducing corruption.In order to solve the conflict between corruption and the interests of the company,we should not only rely on the supervision and restriction of law and morality,but also actively reform the internal management system of the company,distribute power reasonably and establish a salary structure in line with the process of marketization.In order to solve the problem of corporate corruption from the root causes.
