Research On Risk Management Of Customs Enforcement In Suzhou Industrial Park

With the comprehensive promotion of the reform of the customs supervision system,the fundamental role of customs law enforcement risk management is more prominent.Under the new situation of the national customs clearance integration reform,how to further promote the risk management of Customs Law Enforcement and achieve the combination of effective supervision and efficient service has become a topic of concern.Based on the theory of public management,according to the steps of"putting forward problems","analyzing problems" and "solving problems",combined with the practice of law enforcement of Customs in Suzhou Industrial Park,this paper makes some preliminary thoughts on the positioning and characteristics of law enforcement risk management of Customs at the grass-roots level under the new situation,and how to promote law enforcement risk management of Customs at the grass-roots level.Combining practice.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the significance of the study,reviews the theory of law enforcement risk management and the research status of customs law enforcement risk management,and establishes the core concepts,research contents and research methods of this paper.The second part is the current situation of customs law enforcement risk management.The overall structure of "two centers" and the status quo of law enforcement risk management of Customs in Suzhou Industrial Park are introduced.The third part is about the problems and reasons of customs law enforcement risk management in Suzhou Industrial Park.The fourth part is the main mode of risk management of foreign customs law enforcement.Based on the practice and experience of Customs enforcement risk management in developed countries such as the United States,the Netherlands and Australia,this paper analyses the successful experience for our customs to learn from,and summarizes the fifth part,that is,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the application of Customs enforcement risk management.
