Chinese Government Promotes The Development Of "Internet Plus Agriculture"

China is a big agricultural country.It is currently in a critical period of industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.The integration of Internet and agriculture is not only driven by the development trend of the Internet era,but also an opportunity for the development of agricultural modernization.It is to promote agricultural modernization and agricultural transformation.And the key to development.In 2016,the No,1 Document of the Central Committee clearly pointed out that the "Internet+" modem agriculture was vigorously promoted.Since then,"Internet+Agriculture" has become a new direction for the development of agricultural modernization.The purpose of this paper is to proceed from the reality,in the direction of government responsibility and service,to define the concepts related to the development of "Internet+agriculture,and the governnent's due diligence,and to explain and analyze the measures taken by the government to promote the development of "Internet+agriculture" and the achievements.The results,pointing out the existing problems and analyzing the reasons,while drawing on the experience of developed countries,trying to find a new model of the government to promote "Internet+agriculture",to achieve an orderly and effective integration of the Internet and agriculture,and to promote the process of China's agricultural modernization.This article consists of five chapters:Chapter 1 Introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,and summarizes the research status of the government.s promotion of "Internet+agriculture" development,and introduces the research ideas and methods of this thesis.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the related concepts of "Internet+Agriculture";then elaborates the government responsibility and theoretical basis for promoting the development of "Internet+Agriculture".The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the government's promotion of "Internet+agriculture".Analyze and discuss the measures,problems and causes adopted by the Chinese government in promoting the development of "Internet+Agriculture",affirming the measures taken by the Chinese government to promote Internet+agriculture and the results achieved,and analyzing the government's promotion of Internet + agricultural development.Problems exist and point to deeper reasons.The fourth chapter draws on the experience of developed countries' governments to promote the development of "Internet+ agriculture".The case of two developed countries in the United States and Japan was selected to deeply analyze the practices and experiences of the governments of the two countries in promoting "Internet+agriculture",and pointed out the implications of their practices for the promotion of "Internet+agriculture" by the Chinese government.The fifth chapter improves the countermeasures and suggestions of the Chinese government to promote the development of "Internet+agriculture".Through the analysis of the previous article,aiming at the problems existing in the development of "Internet+agriculture" by the Chinese government,and drawing on the experience of other countries,it proposes to further improve the countermeasures for the government to promote the development of "Internet+agriculture",including further strengthening infrastructure construction and standardizing the "Internet."+Agriculture "development policy implementation;strengthen supervision;increase investment in scientific and technological talents;strengthen the "Internet+agriculture" service system.
