A Research On The Strategies In Improving The Performance Of Local Government In The Times Of "Internet +"

The government performance is the sublimation of the government management efficiency construction.To improve the government performance is to shape the service-oriented government and realize the government management value guarantee.With the advancement of science and technology,the government management model combined with “Internet +” has unique advantages.Its unique impact on government performance has become an important force for promoting government reform.The level of current government performance is still at a very low level.The level of improvement in government performance still lacks a deeper level of research and urgently calls for a strategy for effectively improving government performance.This thesis has combed the research results at home and abroad and reviewed the new models of government management and government management in the Internet era.Using literature research methods,case analysis methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods,based on the definition of a series of concepts such as the Internet and government performance,the traditional model and the status quo of the development of local governments in the era of “Internet+” were compared and introduced.In the third chapter of the thesis,I pointed out that the current level of government performance is not high,and that the lack of management entity innovation ability in the improvement of government performance in local government management,the lack of attention to management objects,and the lack of rational use of management tools.The factors that influence government performance are analyzed,pointing out the efficiency,objective,and institutional factors that affect the performance of the government in the traditional model,and the technical,professional,and cost factors that affect government performance in the “Internet +” era,and the performance level in government management.The cause of the analysis is not high.This paper focuses on the typical model of improving government performance by the Nanjing Local Taxation Bureau.Based on practice,it deeply understands the service status,performance,and problems of the Nanjing Local Taxation Bureau,and elaborates on the specifics of improving the government performance of the Nanjing Local Taxation Bureau.The strategy and the analysis of the performance indicators table to analyze the impact of specific strategies on the performance of Nanjing local taxation,and on this basis draws inspirations for our local government to improve government performance strategies.In this paper,the experience of foreign governments in improving government performance in the“Internet +” era is also used for experience.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems in government management,the factors that influence government performance,and the enlightenment of measures to improve governmentperformance at home and abroad.Based on the current situation of government management,it analyzes the reasons for the current low levels of government performance in China,and proposes solutions to improve government performance: innovative management entities.Management model,increasing emphasis on management objects,and scientific and rational use of management tools.
