At present,China's reform is in the critical period and deep water area.With the economic development and social progress,the incidence of duty crime cases in China has always been high.Especially with the advancement of the national supervision system reform,duty crime cases have become A focus of current work.Duty crime refers to acts of corruption and bribery,negligence of duty,abuse of power by state staff or other officials engaged in official duties,infringement of the normal management activities of state organs,violation of the integrity of duties,and serious losses to the interests of the state and the people.Compared with other criminal offences,duty crimes account for almost all of the human rights.Whether it is from the stage of criminal initiation or the stage of crime implementation,to the confession and testimony of the investigation,almost all people communicate with each other.In the contest,the direct objective evidence obtained is usually less,but the current crimes of duty crimes are more and more concealed,and the criminal methods are more and more advanced.However,the technology can only play a supporting role in the investigation of duty crimes.In most cases,the face of the game is used to determine the direction of the case.Through the reading and analysis of a large number of documents,we can find that the research on duty crime psychology has formed many mature theories at home and abroad,but most of them focus on criminal suspects,and participate in people's psychology in all stages of duty crime cases.Research results are rare.Our research on the crime of duty crime can not neglect the integrity of the litigation process of duty crime cases,and ignores the influence of each link.Therefore,the author hopes to promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the prevention and investigation of duty crime cases by proposing the concept of participants in duty crime cases and through psychological research on participants in various stages of duty crime cases.Participants in duty crime cases refer to the role,rights and responsibilities of the crimes in the development of duty crime cases from the time of filing,investigation,prosecution and trial to the case,according to their own status and stage.Personnel at different stages of the obligation,specifically including suspects(defendants),witnesses,case handlers,and other participants who may have an impact on the case for subjective or objective reasons.This article refers to some mature psychology and investigative interrogation theories at home and abroad,combined with the experience summary and self-thinking in the practice of duty crime cases,criminal suspects,witnesses,case handlers,others in the cases of duty crime cases.The psychology of the participants was analyzed,and the corresponding strategy application of different psychological types was explored.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the concept of participants in duty crime cases,starting from the integrity of the litigation process in the crime case and the influence of each link,and promoting the establishment of duty crime cases through the psychological research of the participants in the various stages of duty crime cases.Prevent and investigate long-term mechanisms.Learning from the relevant research results of interrogation psychology and witness psychology,expand the research scope of the crime of duty crime cases,and combine the experience of many years of work to analyze the psychological types of criminal suspects,witnesses,case handlers and other related personnel in duty crime cases.Then explore ways and means to overcome negative psychology,so as to prevent the occurrence of duty crime cases and improve the quality and efficiency of case crimes.
