At present,mankind is in a period of great progress,great transformation and great adjustment.Uncertainties in world development are on the rise.In the face of global problems,what should we do? It is a topic of common concern to all mankind and a problem that the Chinese communists have been exploring and working hard to solve.It is an objective fact that the world situation is changing at
