A Study On The Fund-raising Work Of The Charity Federation Of Binzhou

poor has kept widening;while the Social Security System has gradually improved,the overall security level is still low,the ability of the people in difficulty to resist sudden difficulties or disasters is still weak.The emergence of these problems,a serious impact on the full completion of the Xiaokang's ambitious goals.In recent years,the State attaches importance to charity and develops charity,and has promulgated a series of laws and policies on charity.With the support of the state policy and the government,after more than 10 years of practice,the charity work of the Binzhou Charity Federation is gradually moving towards standardization and openness,and the amount of charitable donations is increasing year by year,it plays an active role in helping people in crisis and relieving difficulties.However,there are some problems in the process of fund-raising,such as the weak sense of citizen charity,the crisis of trust of charity organizations,the difficulty of maintaining and increasing the value of charity assets,and the lag of related laws and regulations.Taking the Charity Federation System in Binzhou as an example,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the process of collecting donations,and looks for the reasons behind the problems,in order to explore a path suitable for the development of the charity collection work in Binzhou,with a view to contributing to the progress of charity fundraising across the country,the Binzhou experience.The article is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background of the study and its significance in enriching the theoretical system,promoting the development of charity,promoting the construction of a harmonious society,and promoting the construction of the national governance system,this paper analyzes and combs the current research situation of thistopic in the academic circle,and expounds the research ideas,research methods and innovation points of the paper.The second part is the concept of interpretation and theoretical basis,explaining the three important concepts of charity,Charity Federation and Charity Collection,it also introduces the theory of "the third distribution",public crisis management and social adaptation,which lays a theoretical foundation for the systematic fund-raising work of the Binzhou Charity Federation.The third part introduces in detail the current situation of the fund-raising work of the Charity Federation in Binzhou,the paper tells the history of the development of the Charity Federation System in Binzhou from several aspects,such as the purpose,organization,business scope,asset management,Industry Standard,supervision system,charity reputation,etc.,the paper also discusses
