Study On The Perfection Of Social Intervention Mechanism Of Domestic Violence In China From The Perspective Of Engels' Family View

Family,a basic social unit linked by blood and marriage,is not only a part of the society,but also the foundation of society.The degree of family happiness is related to the stability and harmony of the society.In recent years,the problem of domestic violence has occurred from time to time.The senior people,women and teenagers,which are the main groups affected by domestic violence,are not able to help themselves out of domestic violence.At the same time,teenagers are mentally immature and may become adults prone to domestic violence if they suffer or witness domestic violence for a long period of time.Therefore,the development and improvement of building a social intervention mechanism to prevent domestic violence is extremely urgent.A good example is the Engels' family view,which illustrates the proletariat's marriage and family ethics explains the emotional and economical foundation of those families,provides a theoretical foundation and a scientific direction for the improvement of social intervention mechanism of domestic violence.Being able to accurately understand the connotation of Engels' family view is very important to solve the problem of domestic violence and promotes the construction of good contemporary society family traits.The “Anti-family violence law”,which was officially enacted and implemented in 2016,has made a clear stipulation on the lead role of the social intervention on domestic violence.This provides a formal legislation to follow for building the domestic violence intervention mechanism and indicates that the mechanism has gradually become mature with the characteristics of various intervention subjects,legally binding intervention specifications and diversified intervention methods.Despite of these progress,some problems such as lack of domestic violence prevention propaganda in social practice,poor coordination of government domestic abuse department,special funds to support does not reach the designated position,unprofessional intervention group staff as well as vague clarity of personal safety protection.To address these problems,we need to learn from the effective social intervention experiences of countries such as UK,USA and France,work on improving social,intervention from the domestic violence prevention,intervention and afterwards relief and accelerate the education of domestic abuse,strengthen people's anti-domestic violence awareness,advance the local anti-domestic violence specifications,build more detailed rules for the refinement of habeas corpus step by step.We also need to set up a special anti-domestic violence court,train and encourage professional social organizations to intervene in domestic violence,establish a sound system of psychological treatment and education,and activate a multi-agency cooperated,anti-domestic violence network.Last but not least,we need to promote a comprehensive improvement of the social intervention mechanism for preventing domestic violence in China,eradicate domestic violence as a malignant tumor,realize the vision of family happiness presented by Engels' family view,and ultimately promote the great process of building a harmonious society in China.
