Domestic violence,the problem of domestic violence has become a hot topic in today's international society.Its harmfulness to society is becoming more and more serious making people begin to realize that domestic violence has been an issue of public health and safety.From the beginning of twentieth Century.In China because of the late start of the study of domestic violence,relative to Europe and the United States in the fight against domestic violence is still in the initial stage,and the defects of anti domestic violence awareness of public makes our failure to good solving family violence this problem,some domestic violence cases have occurred.In the practice of women's federations intervention of family violence,there is little intervention system construction research papers of the combine of theory and practice.In the practice of women's federations intervention of domestic violence,there is little intervention system construction research papers of the combine of theory and practice.Women's organizations serving as a link between the party and the government with the masses,its purpose is to better protect women's rights and interests,and domestic violence as a social and public issues,has been endangering the people's physical and mental health?Based on this,this article takes "the investigation-research on the women's federation organizations of ZiYang city intervene the domestic violence" as the research subject,consisting of six chapters.The first chapter will make a brief introduction on writing background and significance,domestic and foreign research situation about domestic violence related theory,and to answer the theoretical basis of this article and logic premise.The second chapter will make introduction about the basic condition of the domestic violence in ZiYang city,through which it then leads to the purpose of the investigation-research,puts forward investigation-hypothesis,and analyzes the hypothesis.The third chapter will summary the questionnaire data and visiting survey on the condition of ZiYang city women's federation organization interventing domestic violence,leading to the results of the survey.The fourth chapter will verify question assumptions,and analyze the results,mainly analyzing from the following three aspects: human resource configuration is not reasonable,policy mechanism is not sound,inadequate cultural environment.The fifth chapter mainly from the rational allocation of domestic violence intervention in human resources,actively improve the domestic violence intervention mechanism construction,efforts to build domestic violence intervention culture environment three aspects to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the perfection of domestic violence intervention situation.The sixth chapter,through summarying this paper research,putting forward the hope of further research.
