Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse Of Family Education And Its Time Value

Family is not only a basic member of the society,but also a cradle of a person’s life.More importantly,it is the spiritual homeland for a person to start his or her dream.Known as the first school in a person’s life,family has its instructional significance,and family education is the most important education,which can lay a solid foundation for school education and social education.As the world is becoming a “global village”,globalization has been accelerated,with the whole world forming a community of shared future.The cultures and concepts of different countries and nations keep on colliding with each other and changing,thus influencing the way of thinking and lifestyle of people,particularly the young generation.Under the influence,even the development direction and path of a nation and a country can be changed.Emphasis and strengthening of family education has become a political task and social issue of great concern to the Party and government of China,and even been upgraded to a historical mission of all mankind.China has been ushered in a new era,In the face of the new mission and the new journey,General Secretary Xi Jinping has taken a broad and long-term view,and mobilized the whole Party and all the people to lay emphasis on family education from the political necessity of consolidating Party’s long-term ruling,maintaining prolonged stability,and heath and wellbeing of people’s life,and made a series of statements on how to strengthen family education.These statements have pinpointed the direct and objective for improvement of the family education level and quality in China,and provided the guidelines therefor.Under the development background,this paper attempts to adopt Xi Jinping’s socialist ideas with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the research materials to examine his major statements on family education,and grasp the essence and era connotation of these statements.It is hoped that these major statements can promote people’s understanding of family education,and promote the robust development of family education in China,thus satisfying people’s growing demand for high-quality family education.On that basis,this paper pursues an all-around reform of the education and speed up the modernization of education so as to make contributes to strengthening the country through development of education.This paper studies Xi Jinping’s theory and method of the important exposition about family education,breaks through the previous disadvantage of family education and takes the new requirement of family construction of Xi Jinping’s “three emphasis ”,as research’sevidence and principle.Not just referring to parent’s education to children,family education in the exposition of Xi Jinping sets morality education as the fundamental task of family education,the cultivation of noble ideological and moral quality as main objective and makes core socialist values run through the whole process of family education.Family education is the mutual impact and influence of family members.Under the guidance of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era of Xi Jinping,this paper primarily studies family function orientation,family construction importance,the basic objective of family education,basic task,principle to follow and guiding role included by Xi Jinping’s important exposition about family education.Taking Marxism family education view,Chinese excellent traditional family customs culture and excellent family education tradition of proletariat of the older generation as theoretical sources,new era as background and Xi Jinping’s own family values and family education as practical background,this paper conducts the exposition of family education from the perspectives of “three emphasis”,“three irreplaceable ones”,“four promotion” and “four first”.Closely combined with our country’s reform and opening up,development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the current situation of family education,this paper elaborates the age value embodied in the important exposition of Xi Jinping in the field of education from the dimensions of theoretical value,practical value and guidance for work.This important exposition will certainly have a great impact on the undertaking of our country’s family education,and has an important era value,guidance role and reference significance in how to correctly realize the important position of family education in national education system in the level of practice and how to bring into play the leading role of government in family education and in perfecting the mechanism of our country’s family education system,strengthen the main body responsibility of parent’s family education,establish sound legal guarantee,and improve level and quality of family education.
