Empirical Study On The Construction Safety Supervision System Of Jiangsu Province

Safety production is a worldwide problem which exists more or less in all industries with no exception of the construction industry.In recent years,the Jiangsu provincial government has promoted the innovation of urbanization due to the growing economy.Thus the investment in infrastructure has continued to increase.The construction industry has developed into the next stage,which takes on more responsibilities.In 2018,the GDP of the construction industry in Jiangsu Province took up 5.6%.It has become the leading industry to boost economic growth in Jiangsu Province.However,with the frequent accidents following the fast growth,the situation of the industry should never be optimistic,which influences the sustainable development seriously.There are various means to solve the current high incidence of construction safety production accidents,such as policy means,economic means,legal means.Undoubtedly,legal means is the most important one.At present,the Jiangsu Safety Regulations of the construction industry has been initially established.Meanwhile another range of the same regulations have also been formed.However,by examining the current construction safety production supervision system,many deficiencies still could be found,and even some regulations have become obstacles to sustainable development in the construction industry.In order to illustrate this viewpoint,this essay uses empirical analysis to research in the status of the construction safety production supervision system in Jiangsu Province,trying to find out the key problem behind it.Construction safety production is related to the public safety safety and property,sustainable development of the whole industry,as well as social harmony and stability.As a result,it is necessary to enhance the current construction safety production supervision system in Jiangsu Province.It allows the maintenance of the safety production and also a guarantee for public safety and property.It would also be a stimulus for the further development of the construction industry in Jiangsu.That is the purpose of this essay.
