Research On Evaluation Of Residents' Sense Of Gain In Henan Province Based On Factor Analysis

The sense of gain has been a concern of the entire party and society since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Taking the people as the center to improve the sense of gain of residents has become the standpoint and dedication of the government to implement public management actions.Research on sensory connotation,influencing factors and promotion,but it is difficult to reach consensus because of the wide range of content and the fields involved.Then,what is the meaning of residents' sense of acquisition and what is the logic of generation? In the field of public management,what are the specific levels,and how should we construct the evaluation index structure of residents' perception of acquisition? What factors play an important role in this,and how to take targeted measures to improve residents' sense of acquisition? In the practice of public management that promotes the modernization of national governance,how to combine residents' sense of gain with government governance is a question that needs to be considered.Focusing on the above research issues,this paper combs through the theory and literature to find that the urgent needs of residents have shifted from the basic material type to the development demand type.The residents' perception of gaining has also shifted from the basic life satisfaction effect of a single factor to the combined effect of multiple factors,and has concrete manifestations In the five aspects of economy,politics,social public services,culture and ecology;the five levels of residents 'needs cannot be met without the provision of the government's general public services.The residents' perception of each aspect is reflected in the satisfaction of public services in specific fields.In terms of evaluation,the analysis of residents 'perception of perception requires the construction of an evaluation structure that can fully reflect the level of residents' perception of perception under the holistic governance thinking.Therefore,this paper assumes the perception evaluation structure of residents 'perception,combined with Henan residents' perception survey data,uses specific indicators to observe each aspect,and uses exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to empirically test the adaptation of the evaluationstructure.Sex.The conclusions are as follows: First,the five-dimensional evaluation structure of Henan residents' sense of access to politics,economic life,public services,spiritual culture,and ecological civilization is feasible.Second,"attitude of government services","income status",and " Indicators such as “ natural environment”,“cultural atmosphere”,and “medical and pension services” occupy important positions in each dimension of acquisition;third,political construction gains an important position in residents 'perception;fourth,residents are established The score coefficient of the evaluation of the sense of gain;through further analysis of the sense of gain of the residents in the province and cities,it is found that the sense of gain of residents in the province is generally at an intermediate level,and there is a weak sense of political construction,insufficient economic access,and public service Continuous improvement and other issues and advantages,the next step is to establish a comprehensive evaluation and assessment structure,grasp the key points and difficulties to improve the sense of gain,consolidate existing advantages,and enhance the level of Henan residents' sense of gain.
