| Smart community is an innovation mode to improve the scientific,intelligent and refined level of grassroots governance,which is also a strong support for the modernization of Chinese governance system and governance capacity.As the core content of smart city,the construction of smart community has been paid more and more attention by governments at all levels.In the past evaluation of smart community construction,emphasis was placed on hardware construction,while the experience of community residents was ignored.However,the sense of gain includes not only the material level,but also the spiritual level,and has gradually developed into an important standard to test the effect of reform.It is advisable to introduce the sense of gain into the field of smart community construction and evaluate the effect of smart community construction with the sense of gain of residents.Therefore,it is an important issue worth studying to test the effectiveness of smart community construction from the perspective of residents and study the influence mechanism of residents’ sense of gain in smart community construction,so as to better guide smart community construction.The main research content of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Through the study of the connotation of community,smart community and sense of gain,grasp the main rules,define the concept and dimension of the residents’ sense of gain in the construction of smart community,and use the expert membership degree method and expert interview optimization dimension,finally divided into 8dimensions,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.(2)Based on the technology acceptance model and the expectation confirmation theory,a theoretical model of residents’ sense of gain in the construction of smart community is constructed,which includes five variables: expectation confirmation,perception of smart service guarantee,perception of smart service quality,intention to continue using and residents’ sense of gain.Under the guidance of the theoretical model,the system literature review method is also used to identify the initial influencing factors of the sense of gain of residents in the construction of smart community,and the final5 categories and 26 influencing factors are screened through the independent sample T test.(3)Based on the theoretical model of residents’ sense of gain in the construction of smart communities,the structural equation model is constructed and the research hypothesis of this thesis is proposed.Then,SPSS29.0 software and AMOS26.0software were used for reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis of sample data to verify the structural validity,convergence validity and discrimination validity of the model.Finally,the path coefficient obtained by SEM supports the research hypothesis.(4)Based on the system dynamics simulation,the system relationship diagram and flow diagram of the residents’ sense of gain in the smart community were constructed,and the standard factor load and path coefficient in the SEM were used to set the parametric equation.After the model was run,it was found that the residents’ sense of gain increased exponentially.In addition,through comparison and simulation,it is found that continuous use intention has the greatest impact on residents’ sense of acquisition,followed by intelligent service quality perception,expectation confirmation and intelligent service guarantee perception.(5)Combined with the conclusion of structural equation model and simulation study in this thesis,smart community construction strategies are perspectively from four aspects,sustainable use intention,smart service quality perception,expectation confirmation and smart service guarantee perception,in order to provide decisionmaking reference for the government to promote smart community construction and improve residents’ sense of gain.This thesis includes 23 figures,43 tables and 169 references. |
