Research On Copyright Of Artificial Intelligence Products

What this paper studied is the context of the protection of copyright in artificial intelligence products.Firstly,this paper reviews the development of artificial intelligence,and then analyzes the formation process of artificial intelligence products in detail,introduces its characteristics and types,and confirms the key objects of this paper.Secondly,I starts with the existing legal provisions of copyright law,focuses on analyzing whether artificial intelligence products meet the originality connotation,and draws conclusions that artificial intelligence does not comply with copyright law and protects object works.Thirdly,regarding the distribution of property rights of artificial intelligence products,consider that artificial intelligence involves investors,designers,owners and many other relevant entities.Based on the principle of copyright law's interest balance and the purpose of maximizing the economic benefits of artificial intelligence products,artificial Intelligent products empower investors;Lastly,in order to maintain the self-consistency of the existing legal logic and explore the establishment of new types of neighboring rights in the aim of protecting artificial intelligence products,so we can achieve the dual purpose to protect artificial intelligence products and maintain the stability of the existing legal system.
