Research On Copyright Protection Of The Content Generated By Artificial Intelligence

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the traditional creative way has made a historic breakthrough,at the same time,the copyright protection of its products is controversial.In the current legal system of our country,the protection and regulation of copyright through broad sense is reasonable in theory and practice.Because artificial intelligence products can not meet the originality standard of works in narrow sense copyright,they should be brought into the scope of regulation of adjacent rights as a new right to obtain protection.At the same time,the rights and interests of the new neighboring rights should be attributed to artificial intelligence investors to maximize the balance of interests and the protection of rights and interests.This paper will introduce the connotation of artificial intelligence products,clarify its development background,main characteristics and existing dispute focus,so as to focus on the core issues of copyright law protection.Then it analyzes the legitimate basis that artificial intelligence products should be protected by copyright law,and discusses the reason why artificial intelligence products inevitably become the object of copyright law norm from the aspects of realistic needs and legal basis.On the basis of analyzing the specific provisions and requirements of originality in the main copyright law countries,copyright law countries and China’s copyright law,this paper analyzes the reality that artificial intelligence products can not form works from the aspects of the essence and ideological content of the products.Therefore,based on the existing institutional basis,this paper puts forward the suggestion of adopting new adjacent rights to protect artificial intelligence products,and designs the controversial rights attribution and so on.At this point,the author completes the discussion of copyright protection of artificial intelligence products.
