Up to the national level in recent years,ordinary people are very concerned about food safety work,especially the food safety work of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council as an important content of public security management,food safety has been regarded as a significant livelihood issue and political issue,which is related to national health and people's livelihood.Among them,edible agricultural products are the cornerstone of the whole food industry and are related to the safety of the whole food industry chain.However,in recent years,the quality and safety of edible agricultural products has become the most important and difficult issue in food safety supervision and has also become a very important and critical factor affecting China's food safety issues,which is directly related to the vital interests of the public.However,the quality and safety problems of edible agricultural products are characterized by high frequency and high frequency.Therefore,ensuring the quality and safety of edible agricultural products is of great significance to solving the food safety problems in China.This study selected the Ningyang county edible agricultural products regulatory inter-departmental cooperation as the research subject,by using certain theoretical tools,holistic governance theory,resource dependence theory and interagency collaboration theory as the theoretical basis,for solving the Ningyang county edible agricultural products regulatory inter-departmental coordination problems that exist in the process,improve regulatory efficiency to make a realistic discussion.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part summarizes the background and significance of the topic,and briefly introduces the research status of the supervision of edible agricultural products and the inter-departmental cooperation at home and abroad.The second part discusses the concept and connotation of the supervision of edible agricultural products and the cooperation between different departments.By introducing the theories of holistic governance,resource dependence and department cooperation,it summarizes the guiding significance of these three theories to this paper.The third part is the empirical investigation of Ningyang county,and analyzes the questionnaire.The fourth part combines the results of the questionnaire survey and summarizes the problems in the interdepartmental cooperation in the supervision of edible agricultural products in Ningyang county.The fifth part analyzes the cause of the problem according to the actual situation of my work.The sixth part combines the theory of overall governance and the theory of departmental cooperation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of cross-departmental cooperation inthe supervision of edible agricultural products in Ningyang county,in order to provide valuable reference for improving the efficiency of cross-departmental cooperation in the supervision of edible agricultural products in Ningyang county.
