In recent years,various kinds of emergencies with serious consequences frequently occur,among which earthquakes,hurricanes,tsunamis and so on usually cause a large number of casualties and property losses.As a special kind of material,blood plays an inestimable role in rescue.Due to the large number of casualties in blood-related emergencies,the demand for blood use has increased dramatically in a short time.Blood collection and supply agencies need to quickly organize emergency blood collection.A large number of blood donors dedicate their love and actively participate in blood donation activities,which may lead to an increase in the workload of staff in a short period of time,overloaded operation of working equipment,and long queuing time for blood donors.It is also very easy to cause too many people in blood donation trucks and blood donation houses,narrow space,poor air circulation,resulting in potential safety hazards.Therefore,according to the self-condition of emergency blood donors,allocating blood donors to blood donation facilities reasonably and effectively,making blood demand satisfied,blood donation process fast and efficient,blood donation facilities balanced shunting and donor experience upgrading,and incorporating explosive resources into the normal and long-term management of blood resources,has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the relevant research of emergency blood supply chain,emergency blood transportation and emergency personnel grouping,this paper refines the research issues of emergency blood donors clustering and allocation.Considering the distribution of blood donors and their psychological and behavioral characteristics,a method of emergency blood donors clustering and allocation is proposed.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Cluster grouping of emergency blood donors.Firstly,the influencing factors of emergency blood donors were analyzed,and the index system of emergency blood donors and blood donation sites was established.Secondly,according to the applicable conditions of different clustering methods and the characteristics of emergency blood donors,Canopy and K-means are selected as the clustering method of emergency blood donors in this paper Then,according to the needs and characteristics of emergency blood donors,the grouping rules of emergency blood donors are established.Finally,based on the grouping method and rules,the specific process of clustering emergency blood donors is given(2)Distribution model of emergency blood donors.When allocating blood donors,first of all,we need to obtain the actual needs of emergency blood donors and establish the utility function of blood donors according to the idea of prospect theory.Then,on this basis,a multi-objective allocation optimization model is established to maximize blood satisfaction,balance the workload of various blood donation facilities and maximize the utility of blood donors.Furthermore,according to the time preference of emergency blood donors,a multi-objective optimization model of blood donation time arrangement is constructed.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model to get the allocation scheme of emergency blood donors.(3)By analyzing the distribution of emergency blood donors in Y city,the clustering and distribution model of emergency blood donors is applied,and the process of clustering and distribution of emergency blood donors is analyzed concretely,which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.(4)Finally,the main research results,conclusions and limitations of this paper are summarized,and further research work is analyzed.Based on the current emergency blood donation situation,this paper considers the demand factors of blood donors in the decision-making process,making the research closer to the reality,and using clustering algorithm to improve the efficiency and accuracy of distribution.In addition,the decision-making method proposed in this paper provides reference for the relevant research of emergency blood donors allocation problem at the methodological level and practical application level.
