Problems And Countermeasures Of The Performance Of The Supervisory And Executive Function In The R County’s Discipline Inspection And Supervision Agency

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has formulated major policies and guidelines on a series of major theoretical and practical issues concerning the adherence to and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and provided fundamental principles for the discipline inspection and supervision work to observe at a new historical starting point.In accordance with the deployment of the national supervisory system reform,the establishment of the supervisory committees at all levels,together with the Commission for Discipline Inspection,has formed a functional system with broader coverage,more complete systems,and more operational compliance with the rule of law.The county-level discipline inspection and supervision institutions are to the Chinese discipline inspection and supervision organization system what the county-level administrative divisions are to the state power operation system.However,the county-level discipline inspection and supervision institutions have many difficulties in the actual performance of their functions.In order to fully understand the current performance of the county-level discipline inspection and supervision institutions,and put forward scientific and feasible policy recommendations,the author,based on the actual working experience in the R County Discipline Inspection Commission,analyzes the problems in its process of functional performance and proposes countermeasures in a bid to provide valuable reference for the performance of the basic discipline inspection and supervision agency.
