| Discipline inspection and supervision organs as the department responsible for the construction of the party conduct and clean government and anti-corruption work,performing investigation and punishment of party organizations and party members who violate discipline,supervising and inspecting government systems and public officials,the grass-roots disciplinary inspection and supervision organs are also responsible for the most basic anti-corruption work functions,it is extremely important to create a clean and upright political ecological environment for party organizations at all levels and maintain a good working atmosphere for government agencies.However,the grass-roots disciplinary inspection and supervision organs have some problems in performing their functions,which have greatly affected the development and effectiveness of their work.Therefore,how to make the grass-roots disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions better perform their work functions is the main research issue of this article.This paper adopts two methods of literature analysis and field investigation.One is to consult the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and the other is to perform the functions of the C Street Discipline Inspection Commission through contact and direct observation of the actual work of C Street Discipline Inspection Commission The problems existing in the process are explored,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on how to solve the problem of the performance of the grass-roots disciplinary inspection and supervision organs.This article is composed of five parts: The first part is the introduction,including the research purpose and significance,the domestic and international research status,research objectives,content,methods and key content to be solved,innovation and deficiencies;the second part is related concepts and theoretical basis,respectively Elaborated the concepts of grassroots level,discipline inspection and supervision organs,function performance and other theoretical foundations,government function theory and citizen participation theory,etc.The third part is the basic situation of C Street Discipline Work Committee and the status of function performance.The analysis of the causes of performance problems;the fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the function performance problems of grassroots discipline inspection and supervision organs.The research results show that the C Street Discipline Inspection Commission is faced with the problems of inadequate working mechanism and system,inadequate construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,and difficulty in performing functions,which are also common problems faced by grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision.To this end,the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision organs should further improve the work mechanism and mechanism of the discipline inspection and supervision organs,strengthen the building of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision cadres,solve the problem of the difficulty in performing the functions of the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision organs,and make better use of the party’s work style and clean government and the effectiveness of anti-corruption work. |
