pressures,internal contradictions and arduous tasks of reform and development which have put forward new and higher requirements for all-round strictly rule the Party.Strict governance inner-Party political life is the foundation of all-round strictly rule the Party.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that serious political life in the party,healthy and clean party political ecology are the significant condition to maintain the party's advanced purity,improve the party's creativity cohesion combat effectiveness,which is the strong guarantee for the Party to unity and lead the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to complete the historical mission.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,our party has throught highly of the strict governance inner-Party political life,which has achieved remarkable results in continuously strengthening and improving party building.Under the conditions of the new era,our party is still confronting with "four risks" and"four tests".Some party members and cadres still exist many matters such as not being firm in faith,the decline of ideals and beliefs,the weak consciousness of the party spirit,the deterioration of their
