Study On The Political Life Of The Rural Grassroots Party In The New Era

The political life in the party plays an important role in the construction of the party,the party must manage the party from the party political life management,from the party political life strict management.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Party has put the political life of the Party in a prominent position of strict control.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it was necessary to strengthen Party leadership and Party construction in an all-round way and resolutely change the loose and soft conditions under which the Party was administered.This paper attempts to study the political life of the rural grass-roots party in the new era,taking Z town in Shanxi province as the research object,discusses the problems existing in the political life of the rural grass-roots party,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,the relevant background and significance of this topic,as far as possible comprehensive and systematic review of recent domestic and foreign scholars on the political life of the party,on the basis of which,the research content,methods and innovation of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study of political life in the party,including the discussion of political life in the party by classical writers,the summary of political life in the party by Western scholars and the theoretical elaboration and development of political life in the party in China.The third part is a summary of political life within the party.Firstly,the concept,characteristics and functions of political life within the party are revealed.Secondly,the basic contents of political life within the party,including study education,organization management,inner-party supervision,democratic life and organizational life;Finally,the basic norms of political life within the party.The fourth part analyzes the present situation and reasons of the political life of the rural grass-roots party in the new era.This paper affirms the experience and achievements of political life in ZZhen Party,points out the problems of political life in rural Party and analyzes the reasons for them.The fifth part is the countermeasure of the serious political life of the rural grass-roots party in the new era.Strengthen learning and education,with a focus on recurrent;To carry out the responsibilities of the Party in charge and highlight the exemplary;Strengthen innerparty responsibility supervision and strengthen binding;Strengthening innovation and highlighting effectiveness;To grasp the consciousness of problems and manifest the purpose;We will improve institutional construction and strengthen normative work.As the important task and main content of party building in the new era,serious inner-party political life is the most fundamental requirement of comprehensive and strict control of the party.The present situation of inner-party political life should be viewed with a positive attitude,and the problems existing in inner-party political life should be analyzed scientifically to further improve the quality of inner-party political life.
